I have had a successful career in Sales & IT for more than 14 years.
Initially starting as a sales agent I moved to providing the next level of training for top performers. I was quickly promoted to program manager of a b2b campaign managing over 20 reports and everything from recruitment, training, development, provisioning, QA and liaising between internal and external stakeholders.
From there I was further promoted to Outbound Sales Manager. Managing all cold/warm sales teams. I lead multiple teams across two countries with fluctuating team sizes - at largest, 3 departments, 200 agents, 15 team leaders, 10 sales coaches 2 managers and more than 50 daily reports. I promoted and trained multiple successful managers to be filtered through the business.
I've been exposed to entire business's from the foundation through to innovation – campaign strategy, recruitment marketing, interviews and training (composing, delivering and approval) through to career progression and most importantly - performance. Throughout my career now I've hired a whopping 1500 staff across rapidly growing organisations and managed growth whilst achieving targets for talent pipeline to meet training deadlines.
I've maintained and increased department sales results, known for breaking campaign records and increasing critical KPI's, lead-customer conversion and total revenue.
Some of my achievements are specifically increasing post paid mobile sales at dodo Australia from 2 sales per day per agent, to a consistent 4 sales per day - then increased the activation rate from 30% to 80%. At Make It Cheaper Australia I helped our C&I team win 'team of the year' by increasing out total volume of converted leads by 140% across 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic!
I was instrumental in helping Make it Cheaper reach WRKs Top 10th best place to work in Australia where I was the New Business Sales Manager actively managing two teams sourcing new business to build our customer book. I championed extensive growth from multiple channels.
I've also started a residential Solar division scratch, where I get to design the strategy, culture, renumeration, training and everything in between. Stay tuned for another list of achievements!

Tell us a bit about you?
I am a big people person where I thrive in helping others see and reach their potential.
I came from a background in corporate event management but found that my passion lies for uplifting people. I love hearing people’s stories every day, coming along their journey and helping them reach their potential.
In the last five years, what new belief, behaviour, or habit has most improved your life?
Realising the power of gratefulness and making it a daily practice has been the biggest game changer in my life. I used to think that gratefulness or being content means that you are “settling” but that was not at all the case. Being grateful has allowed me to appreciate, live in the moment and cherish the opportunities and relationships around me. It has taught me the importance of giving yourself credit where credit is due and appreciating your own growth more.
Overall, through this practice, I became a much happier person and think it is the biggest gift that anyone can give themselves.
What is an unusual habit or an absurd thing that you love?
I am a big day dreamer.
Every morning before I go to work, I will day dream on my commute – thinking about all the possibilities of what life can offer me. I will let my imagination fly and visualise every intricate detail. I will be so indulged in the process where as time passes, I struggle to remember if it was a past memory or only my imagination.
Tell us a bit about you?
I’m a people person, born and raised on the Northern Beaches my approach is laid back and incredibly interpersonal. With a background in Sales, I grew to love the feeling of offering a product that benefits the life of my clients and there is no industry better to do so than recruitment. In my spare time, you can find me socialising with my mates often to the sweet sounds of my beloved Sea Eagles doing what they do best.
In the last five years, what new belief, behaviour, or habit has most improved your life?
The ability to be myself and go for what I want without taking in the opinion of others. Once you free yourself from social and societal standards imposed on all of us from an early age, the path to true happiness becomes clear as you work through this mystery called life.
What is an unusual habit or an absurd thing that you love?
Wouldn’t go as far as to say it’s an absurd habit, but I’m a sporting fanatic. Whether it be NRL, Union, NBA, Football, MMA or Boxing you can find my eyes glued and emotions tethered to my television as I cheer on my beloved teams (apologies to all my neighbours).
About Me
I’m purpose-driven, with a passion for leadership and helping others grow. My career has been shaped by a commitment to understanding people, supporting their development, and creating environments where they can thrive. Whether it’s guiding or mentoring individuals, I find great fulfilment in seeing others reach their full potential.
My career began as an Early Childhood Educator because I wanted to become a teacher. I had some amazing teachers who influenced me in a positive way, at times completely changing the trajectory of my life. I wanted to be that teacher. I discovered that I could have the same impact in a sales industry, which led me to my first sales role in finance, working for one of the largest independently owned financial advisory firms in the world. This experience taught me a great deal about grit, determination, and resilience. I then transitioned into a sales role in property, where my true passion for people was ignited. Eventually, I moved into a leadership position, leading a team of salespeople and helping the company become the third fastest-growing in the Asia-Pacific region. Now, in recruitment, I get to utilise all my skills to pursue a purpose of helping others evolve and find meaning in their careers. My experiences have allowed me to pinpoint my true passion, which is for people.
I’ve come to realise that happiness is elusive; it’s an emotion you can experience but never fully capture. It isn’t something you can pin down; it naturally comes and goes. Instead of fixating on it, I’ve found that true contentment lies in the intentional actions we take every day. By accepting that there’s no ultimate “aha” moment, I’ve learned to be more present in everything I do. When we act with purpose, happiness tends to follow as a by-product. This approach has kept me grounded, finding satisfaction in the journey rather than relying on life’s highs to keep me moving forward.
I consider myself an analytical person—some people might call it "anxiety," but I call it being meticulous. Assessing all the possible best- and worst-case scenarios and drawing meaningful conclusions is my strongest attribute. When I'm not in analysis paralysis, you'll find me going on hikes, playing my guitar, or spending time with the people I love.
Tell us a bit about you?
I earned a Psychology Degree in Brazil, and I’m currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration at Macquarie University. Since 2018 I have been working in Executive Search Recruitment, hiring Directors and C-Level Executives across all industries, including family business, Private Equity and Venture Capital portfolio companies.
I chose to work in Recruitment because I find the dynamic of a consultancy’s day-to-day operations and building relationships with clients and candidates fascinating.
Without a doubt, what I enjoy doing the most in my personal life is eating and travelling. I also love watching football and drinking caipirinhas, as every typical Brazilian does.
In the last five years, what new belief, behaviour, or habit has most improved your life?
In recent years I have recognized the importance and value of physical and mental health and, since then, I have been dedicated to these areas of my life. In my opinion, everything that has to do with health is inextricably linked, and mental and physical health depend on one another. This is why I am actively involved in a range of practices for both my both mind & body every day.
Understanding the power of love and cooperation was another factor that significantly enhanced my life. As a result, I constantly try to be as close as possible to my family and friends to convey their importance to me.
What is an unusual habit or an absurd thing that you love?
I have an unusual habit of collecting “sand”… Given that my birthday is in the summer and I am a beach fanatic, I’ve made it a tradition to celebrate each new year on a different beach since I turned 21. I keep a little jar with a little bit of sand from each beach I visit, along with the name of the beach and the year I visit every year.
I’ve had a successful sales career spanning more than a decade working my way up through the ranks from SDR appointment setting and cold calling through to BDM generating revenue for various businesses across finance, HR, Work Health Safey and Technology.
I excel at driving results and building strong client relationships. My passion for fitness and self-improvement fuels my drive and commitment, ensuring I tackle every opportunity with energy and enthusiasm, whether in the office or the gym. This combined with my absolute love to interact and engage with people from all industries drove me into a sales career which provides a platform to continue speaking and building trustworthy relationships with my client base.
In the last five years, what new belief, behaviour, or habit has most improved your life? Understanding that hard work trumps raw talent, discipline and consistency combined with putting in the work has opened doors that I never knew existed.
What is an unusual habit or an absurd thing that you love? I absolutely love having a great cold call that can open the door to a long-lasting relationship with a new client and working as a panel beater on the weekends at the family workshop. Being able to build cars as though it is an large scale Lego set is something that will never stop bringing me joy!
