I have had a successful career in Sales & IT for more than 14 years.
Initially starting as a sales agent I moved to providing the next level of training for top performers. I was quickly promoted to program manager of a b2b campaign managing over 20 reports and everything from recruitment, training, development, provisioning, QA and liaising between internal and external stakeholders.
From there I was further promoted to Outbound Sales Manager. Managing all cold/warm sales teams. I lead multiple teams across two countries with fluctuating team sizes - at largest, 3 departments, 200 agents, 15 team leaders, 10 sales coaches 2 managers and more than 50 daily reports. I promoted and trained multiple successful managers to be filtered through the business.
I've been exposed to entire business's from the foundation through to innovation – campaign strategy, recruitment marketing, interviews and training (composing, delivering and approval) through to career progression and most importantly - performance. Throughout my career now I've hired a whopping 1500 staff across rapidly growing organisations and managed growth whilst achieving targets for talent pipeline to meet training deadlines.
I've maintained and increased department sales results, known for breaking campaign records and increasing critical KPI's, lead-customer conversion and total revenue.
Some of my achievements are specifically increasing post paid mobile sales at dodo Australia from 2 sales per day per agent, to a consistent 4 sales per day - then increased the activation rate from 30% to 80%. At Make It Cheaper Australia I helped our C&I team win 'team of the year' by increasing out total volume of converted leads by 140% across 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic!
I was instrumental in helping Make it Cheaper reach WRKs Top 10th best place to work in Australia where I was the New Business Sales Manager actively managing two teams sourcing new business to build our customer book. I championed extensive growth from multiple channels.
I've also started a residential Solar division scratch, where I get to design the strategy, culture, renumeration, training and everything in between. Stay tuned for another list of achievements!

Tell us a bit about you?
I am a big people person where I thrive in helping others see and reach their potential.
I came from a background in corporate event management but found that my passion lies for uplifting people. I love hearing people’s stories every day, coming along their journey and helping them reach their potential.
In the last five years, what new belief, behaviour, or habit has most improved your life?
Realising the power of gratefulness and making it a daily practice has been the biggest game changer in my life. I used to think that gratefulness or being content means that you are “settling” but that was not at all the case. Being grateful has allowed me to appreciate, live in the moment and cherish the opportunities and relationships around me. It has taught me the importance of giving yourself credit where credit is due and appreciating your own growth more.
Overall, through this practice, I became a much happier person and think it is the biggest gift that anyone can give themselves.
What is an unusual habit or an absurd thing that you love?
I am a big day dreamer.
Every morning before I go to work, I will day dream on my commute – thinking about all the possibilities of what life can offer me. I will let my imagination fly and visualise every intricate detail. I will be so indulged in the process where as time passes, I struggle to remember if it was a past memory or only my imagination.
With over 6 years of experience in recruitment, I have recruited for positions across both Brazil and Australia, covering various levels of seniority in a wide range of industries. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Brazil and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Macquarie University, which has been a great combination to enhance my skills and pursue a career in Human Resources.
My experience in Brazil was primarily focused on Executive Search for local family businesses, private equity portfolio companies, and public companies listed on the Brazilian Stock Exchange (B3). I specialised in senior-level roles, including Executive and Board Member positions, particularly in finance-related roles and general management/CEO positions.
At Uplift Recruitment, I started as a Recruitment Resourcer and am now working as a Recruitment Consultant, focusing on recruiting for entry-level roles in customer service and various positions within the mortgage broking industry.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about travelling, food, and keeping up with various sports. As a Brazilian, I’m, of course, a huge football fan, but I also enjoy exploring other sports. I’m definitely a foodie – I love trying new dishes and discovering great restaurants.
In the last five years, what new belief, behaviour, or habit has most improved your life?
Understanding the holistic aspect of health has definitely had a positive impact on my life. Having studied Psychology, I’ve always recognised the importance and power of mental health, but recently, I’ve come to truly appreciate how interconnected physical and spiritual health are with mental health. This holistic approach has given me a deeper understanding of well-being, encouraging me to live a more balanced and fulfilling life by practising sports and undergoing psychotherapy, for example.
What is an unusual habit or an absurd thing that you love?
I have a bit of an unusual habit of collecting sand. Since my birthday falls in summer and I'm absolutely obsessed with the beach, I've made it a tradition to celebrate each year at a different beach since I turned 21. I keep a small jar of sand from each beach I visit on my birthdays, along with the name of the beach and the year and store them all together on a shelf in my room.
I’m a proud mum to my dog, Lux, and when I’m not spending time with her, you’ll find me horseback riding, cooking something delicious, or soaking up the sun at the beach.
The most absurd thing I love is taking Lux on a shopping spree at the pet store and letting her pick out her treats and toys by sniffing everything. I have a soft spot for the sound of rain tapping on the windows and enjoying a nice glass of red wine.
My career path has been an exciting journey—from selling HR services in my last role to diving into recruitment, where I could expand on my sales expertise as well as helping to connect the perfect candidates with the right opportunities.
In the last five years, adopting a daily gratitude practice has transformed my outlook. Starting each day by acknowledging what I'm thankful for has helped me stay positive, focused, and grounded. Also having a growth mindset has been a game-changer. I now view challenges as opportunities to grow rather than obstacles. This shift in thinking has helped me embrace learning and adapt to new situations.
Tell us a bit about you?I started my career in the fitness industry. I have a passion for all things health and wellness, and worked as a trainer and coach for years. I love helping people improve their quality of life. I love working with people and getting to know them, building long term relationships. During this time, I found my professional passion for sales. In such a competitive industry, I discovered that my ability to connect with people as well as a desire to help them, really helped me excel in this.
Working in sales recruitment is the perfect medium of selling something I truly believe in, that will help clients, as well as helping people find amazing opportunities to further their career.
In the last five years, what new belief, behaviour, or habit has most improved your life?
In the last five years I’ve shifted my mindset, to try and maintain a positive outlook on life. There is always so much to be grateful for, but it’s easy to get lost in negatives. Acknowledging negative feelings or thoughts, moving on from them, and making a conscious effort to shift back to positive is life changing.
What is an unusual habit or an absurd thing that you love?I love limes. I love them, they’re great. I love them so much and I like to present them in my house.
Tell us a bit about you?
I earned a Psychology Degree in Brazil, and I’m currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration at Macquarie University. Since 2018 I have been working in Executive Search Recruitment, hiring Directors and C-Level Executives across all industries, including family business, Private Equity and Venture Capital portfolio companies.
I chose to work in Recruitment because I find the dynamic of a consultancy’s day-to-day operations and building relationships with clients and candidates fascinating.
Without a doubt, what I enjoy doing the most in my personal life is eating and travelling. I also love watching football and drinking caipirinhas, as every typical Brazilian does.
In the last five years, what new belief, behaviour, or habit has most improved your life?
In recent years I have recognized the importance and value of physical and mental health and, since then, I have been dedicated to these areas of my life. In my opinion, everything that has to do with health is inextricably linked, and mental and physical health depend on one another. This is why I am actively involved in a range of practices for both my both mind & body every day.
Understanding the power of love and cooperation was another factor that significantly enhanced my life. As a result, I constantly try to be as close as possible to my family and friends to convey their importance to me.
What is an unusual habit or an absurd thing that you love?
I have an unusual habit of collecting “sand”… Given that my birthday is in the summer and I am a beach fanatic, I’ve made it a tradition to celebrate each new year on a different beach since I turned 21. I keep a little jar with a little bit of sand from each beach I visit, along with the name of the beach and the year I visit every year.
Tell me a bit about you?
With over 10 years of experience in sales, I've developed a diverse skill set across business development and account management in industries such as events, rectech SaaS and recruitment. From the moment I finished school, I knew that a career in sales was the path I would take, as it aligns perfectly with my passion for building relationships and the excitement of chasing targets. Recruitment, in particular, has been an area I’ve really enjoyed, as it allows me to connect talented individuals with their next opportunity. Helping people find the right fit and watching them grow in their careers is something I love to see!
Originally from England, I moved over to Sydney after spending a couple of months travelling the Philippines! Outside of work, you'll often find me staying active and exploring the fitness scene here in Sydney. Whether it's a morning run along the beach or a challenging workout at the gym, fitness is a big part of my life and keeps me energised and focused!
In the last five years, what new belief, behaviour, or habit has most improved your life?
Staying active is incredibly important to me. Whether it’s hitting the gym, going for a run, or taking long walks, these activities not only keep me physically fit but also help me stay present, clear-headed, and genuinely happy.
What is an unusual habit or an absurd thing that you love?
I can become obsessed with TV series to the point I watch it repeatedly. I have watched ‘The Sopranos’ and ‘Band of Brothers’ 3 times each, Peep Show about 8 times and The Office over 10 times. I started learning Russian after watching ‘The Queens Gambit’ and bought a leather jacket while I was devoted ‘Sons of Anarchy’.
